These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Route Key, including our website, dashboard, APIs, documentation, and related services.
By accessing or using Route Key, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be able to form a binding agreement and comply with applicable law to use Route Key. You are responsible for the accuracy of account information you provide.
You are responsible for all activity under your account, including activity using your API keys, and you must keep credentials and keys secure.
Route Key is prohibited for users located in mainland China. If use from mainland China is discovered, Route Key may suspend or terminate the account, and any paid fees or remaining balance will not be refunded.
Route Key provides access to AI model routing, API management, usage visibility, and related account workflows. Availability, supported models, pricing, routing behavior, and limits may change over time.
You are responsible for evaluating whether the service is appropriate for your use case and for complying with laws, third-party terms, and policies that apply to your content and applications.
You may not use Route Key to violate law, infringe rights, compromise security, distribute malware, spam, scrape or overload systems, bypass limits, reverse engineer protected components, or interfere with other users.
You may not submit content or requests that are unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or otherwise prohibited by applicable provider or platform policies.
Fees, credits, quotas, recharge options, billing units, and model prices are shown in the service or applicable documentation. You are responsible for charges incurred through your account.
Route Key may route requests to or integrate with third-party infrastructure, model providers, payment processors, analytics tools, and other service providers.
Route Key is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, specific model outputs, or permanent availability of any route.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Route Key will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised update date.
Your continued use of Route Key after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
